We had our annual Santa Party with the Allred Family last night. It was so much fun. We had a great dinner and lots of homemade candy. Next, we built and decorated gingerbread houses. It was definitely an adventure. Ellie is a great decorator, but our house isn't going to win any contests any time soon. Then Santa came! The kids were so excited to see him! Mysteriously, none of them could remember what they wanted for Christmas as soon as it was their turn to sit on his lap. I guess it was a temporary lapse due to excitement, because Ellie still really wants a DS, and hasn't hesitated to tell me. The boys were terrified of Santa, but we kind of expected that would happen. After Santa left the kids and their cool Aunt Alaina dressed up and we read the Nativity. Ellie was a beautiful angel. It was a great party! "Get me outta here!" Poor John...

Lizzy said Jeremy is wearing Samantha's towel on his head...and the towel owen is wearing was Nathan's. Too funny!
