We always carve pumpkins with the Cooks on the Sunday before Halloween. It’s one of our favorite traditions. This year Ellie cleaned out her own pumpkin and carved it herself. I was pretty impressed because last year she wanted nothing to do with the “pumpkin guts.” She really did a great job, and had fun too! David and John had fun too, but only lasted about 2 minutes on their pumpkins. They are still proud of the end result.
