We went to Bear Lake with Mike and Hope and their family last weekend. A great time was had by all. We spent almost the whole trip in the boat! Mike, Hope, Jeremy, and Eric tried their hand at wake boarding. I think everyone had a good time on the tube. It was David and John's first time on the boat. They had so much fun! John especially loved "driving" the boat, and became an expert at honking the horn. Ellie loved to jump off the boat and play in the water. John liked to play in the water with his cousin Jeremy. We also spent some time at the beach. You can't beat sand, sun, and swimming. The clouds rolled in on Sunday and we headed for home in the rain.
The only down side to our weekend was that sweet David wasn't feeling well. We had to take him to the Bear Lake Medical Clinic and it turns out that he has double ear infections. I felt so bad for him! Thank goodness he perked up a bit after getting and antibiotic.
