Ellie worked so hard on her dance and tumbling routines for this years recital. She wouldn’t show us how they went because she wanted them to be a surprise. It’s up in the air whether she REALLY wanted it to be a surprise, or just didn’t want to practice. Anyhow, we were on pins and needles to finally see her show.
First, she tumbled and was SO awesome. She has gotten really good at tumbling. It is her favorite. I love to watch her tricks. Soon she will be able to do a back handspring without a spotter.
Her dance class did two small dances. Both were cute, but we felt like she should’ve been in an older class. They danced to True Love’s Kiss from Enchanted and the SpongeBob Squarepants Theme. She loved the songs.
To top things off, Ellie had many fans come and watch her show. We are so lucky to have such a supportive family.
