We spent Monday evening with the Cooks. We had planned to eat dinner together and then let the kids play in the water. But our brother-in-law JD had a great idea to make a slip-n-slide out of a great big piece of plastic that he had in his truck. It was way more fun that watching the kids in the wading pool! Everyone had a great time. Even Bryan, Corey, and Matt got in on the fun. Great memories!
Ellie had the most turns!

Wow that video is amazing. That Matt Cook guy did a great job.
I hear it got 14 view on YouTube it's opening day. That must be some kind of record. :)
A slip n' slide!!!! It looks like a TON of fun. Using a tarp instead of one of those slides is an ingenious idea!
A couple of 4th of July's ago, my family decided that we would recreate those fun memories of the slip n' slide...I'm just saying that its a lot of easier to reach the end of the slide as a grown up. I had burns on my knees from the grass for a week afterwards.
Fun! That made me want to get some plastic and find a hill.
